The 2025 GDLN Global Board Meeting was successfully held form October 28 to 30, 2025, in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, hosted by the Financial Education and Training Agency (FETA) under the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. This year’s meeting was organized in conjunction with the GDLN Asia-Pacific (AP) Regional Meeting and the FETA Seminar.
The AP Regional Meeting (October 28) opened with an introduction to two of FETA’s key initiatives, Ministry of Finance Learning Center (Kemenkeu Learning Center, KLC) and Polytechnic of State Finance STAN (PKN STAN), followed by a comprehensive report on GDLN’s annual activities. The program also featured a Marketplace session and a special lecture on “The Critical Skill of the Future: AI Generalist” delivered by Sheila Jagannathan, Deputy Executive Director of Saylor Academy. The Global Board Meeting (October 29) included regional activity reports and presentations from the TF teams. Discussions focused on strategies to enhance collaboration and revitalize the GDLN network. (For more details, please refer to the Communique.) Finally, the FETA Seminar (October 30), independently organized by FETA, was held under the theme of Green Financing for Sustainable Development. The seminar connected discussions on environmental and climate change issues with GDLN’s future initiatives and explored how the network can contribute to global sustainability efforts through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning.
