The 2018 Global Blended Learning Program(Face-to-Face Training) was successfully held in Seoul, Korea from Dec. 3rd ~ Dec. 8th.

The GDLN members also participated on the UN APCICT Forum on Big Data Applications in the Public Sector

It was a valuable opportunity for understanding Local Governance and Regional Development with emphasis on Smart City Development in Korea.
